Purchase Policy

The purchase process through our web page, requires the registration of the client, having an email and a password, by means of which you will be sent the confirmation of the purchase or the order request.

All purchases made until 5:00 p.m. will be processed the same day of the request. Those made after the mentioned schedule, will be processed the next business day of purchase. Saturday is not considered a business day, so no order will be processed this day.

Shipping Times & Cost

Adalgiza Lopez offers free shipping for orders over 150 USD. For orders under this amount a fee of 25 USD will be charged for shipping.

For orders placed under standard shipping method to the U.S. method will take 10-12 working days. For the rest of the world will be 15 working days.

Return Policy

Adalgiza Lopez offers complimentary return shipping. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Returns will only be accepted from within the same country they were originally shipped to. All items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bag or signature packaging materials.

All items listed on “Sale” category are ineligible for return or exchange.

Warranty Policy

Adalgiza Lopez products have coverage for manufacturing warranty. Any defect item at the time of delivery or with premature defects due to normal use, please write to info@adalgizalopez.com and expect to be redirected by following the steps to be taken.

All items returned by defect must be inspected before being considered as a guarantee. As the norm specifies, we have a period of 15 working days to respond to the claim and in case of being considered the respective repair will be made.
